Owner Bio

Ray Wallace, the owner of Compass Property Management, has over 20 years of experience as an owner, property, and facility manager. His background covers a wide range of property management businesses, including residential, multifamily, and retail.

Ray is originally from Indianapolis, IN, where he attended Purdue University and earned his BS Degree in Industrial Technology. After graduation, he spent four years in The NFL as a Running back for the Houston Oilers (Titans) and the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Ray has lived in the Nashville area since 2003 and is married to wife Joan. He has two children Vaughn (27) and Payton (17). He also has a 7-year old granddaughter named Sophia.

He is a member of several organizations, including NARPM, IREM, EMTAR, and the Mount Juliet Board of Zoning Appeals. He is also the Treasurer of the Greater Nashville chapter of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
